Originally built and operated by the Côté family in 1946, it has continued to be operated by the Côté's for four generations. 2018 marks 72 years in business.

Beacon Lodge

Originally built in 1949, this art deco style building has 59 units on four different floors. Primarily made up of bachelor suites, every unit comes fully furnished. Many suites offer views of the ocean or of Beacon Hill Park. 

Properties

The Beacon Lodge is a unique building with a rich history. All the suites come fully furnished, with heat and hot water included. Tenants are treated to a mid 20th century building with Art Deco features in every suite. However, renovations to suites are an on going process to give tenants a more modern place to live.

Mile O Manor

10 Douglas Street

 

Right at the start of the Trans-Canada Highway, this 1923 built home was converted into 6 rental units in 1962 by the Côté family, who also used it as their family home until the early 2000's.
